STUDYCUBESReal gameplay
StudyCubes country-flags game: falling name and flag blocks, match progress and touch controls.
Match a country's name to its flag. Let the cascade begin.

Not another endless scroll.

Match. Remember. Cascade.

Your next study break, reimagined

Less staring at cards.
More connecting the dots.

01

Pick your material

Start with the built-in country flags deck, or import a compatible legacy Anki package on your own device.

02

Make the connection

Move and drop falling blocks. Bring the front and back of the same card together on touching sides to clear a match.

03

Remember. Repeat. Play.

Try Memory mode, inspect a piece when you need to, and build chain reactions as gravity reshapes the board.

Your knowledge. A different perspective.

A little arcade.
A lot to discover.

Designed around your study material,
not a one-size-fits-all question bank.

Bring your own cards

Your Anki deck, in a new light.

Compatible text and packaged PNG/JPEG images become playable card pairs. For supported custom note types, choose your front and back fields explicitly.

See it. Remember it.

Visual cards, readable study overlays and a Memory mode that keeps ordinary inspection in the flow of play.

First landed-side reveals and match confirmations pause for study.

Your way to play.

Arrow keys and Space. Remappable inspection controls. A separate landed-block cursor. Or tap pieces and use the touch controls.

Your deck stays yours

Study material stays on your device.

Imported cards and supported images are processed and stored in your browser, not uploaded or synced to our servers. Keep your original exports: clearing site data can erase local decks.

Good questions

Before you
press play.

Can I play right now?

Not on the public website yet. This is a preview of the tested application. Public sign-in and play will be opened only after the production safety gates pass.

Which Anki decks are compatible?

Legacy .apkg exports with "Support older Anki versions" enabled. Basic notes work automatically; supported standard custom notes can use explicit field mapping. Text and packaged PNG/JPEG images are supported. Modern compressed collections, cloze, audio/video, template scripts and Anki scheduling are not supported.

Browser import has a 1 GiB package ceiling and additional decompression, image and storage limits. A 226 MiB real art package and a 388 MiB stress variant passed desktop-browser tests. This is not a guarantee for every deck or low-memory mobile device.

Does every imported card enter one game?

No. Current gameplay takes the first N pairs in source order, up to 195 per stage depending on access. All successfully imported pairs remain viewable in the local library. Whole-deck rotation and spaced-repetition scheduling are not included.

Can I use a phone or keyboard?

The game has responsive touch controls and configurable keyboard bindings. Defaults include arrows for movement, Space to drop, E to inspect the falling piece, W/A/S/D for landed pieces, Enter to inspect and Escape to close.

Are my decks uploaded or backed up?

No. Imported material stays on the importing device and browser. It is not cloud-synced or backed up. Clearing site data, removing the app or losing your device can erase it. Keep your original packages.

Will it work offline?

The application supports cached gameplay and local decks with a previously verified, unexpired offline entitlement. First access and sign-in need a connection. This preview page does not grant offline gameplay access.
